You also waive and release Partisan Triggers (and its affiliated entities and subcontractors) from any claim for damages, indemnity, or reimbursement for any claims, fines, damages, penalties, or prosecution you receive for use of its products. If you fail to do so, the responsibility will remain with you as the original buyer.
