What’s Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship in the trigger assembly and included parts.
• Manufacturing and assembly defects discovered during normal use.
• Packaging-related defects that affect product integrity.

If a covered issue is confirmed after our inspection, we will repair or replace the product at our expense.

What’s Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover theft, loss, improper installation, misuse, alteration, modification, tampering, deliberate damage (cosmetic or substantive), or any condition beyond our control. Modifying the trigger in any way voids this Warranty.

How Warranty Service Works

1. Email us at contact@partisantriggers.com with a clear description of the issue, purchase details, and photos/video if available.
2. We may request the product be returned for inspection. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.
3. If the issue is not caused by us, we’ll still do our best to work with you on a mutually acceptable solution; however, we reserve the right to decline service when we’re not at fault.

Tip: If installation caused the problem, reach out anyway—we’re happy to help you get it sorted.

Term & Legal Notes

• Warranty period: 12 months from the date of original retail purchase.
• Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.
• This Warranty provides specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partisan Triggers is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
