Proposition 65 Statement
Updated: November 1, 2025
Proposition 65 — The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 — requires businesses to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
An exemption from this warning requirement is provided by the Act when it can be demonstrated that exposure levels are at or below “safe harbor levels,” meaning the levels pose no significant risk of cancer or reproductive harm.
The full Proposition 65 list of chemicals is publicly available from the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).
Partisan Triggers has thoroughly reviewed and assessed the potential impact of the listed chemicals involved in the manufacture and finishing of our products.
