Partisan Triggers - Disruptor QC Notice
QC Notice: Disruptor Trigger / Replacement Process
We have become aware of an issue affecting a small number of Disruptor triggers in standard semi-auto mode (selector at 6 o’clock), even after lubrication per our installation instructions.
Some users have reported:
- Binary fire (a second round fires on trigger release), or
- Enhanced semi-auto fire (one round per trigger function, but at a higher rate)
While some users may prefer binary function, this was not our intended design. We have traced the issue to an out-of-spec batch of parts.
Please do the following first:
- Fully lubricate all components per our installation instructions.
- Safely live-fire test the trigger (follow all firearm and range safety rules).
- Confirm the issue occurs in standard semi-auto mode (selector at 6 o’clock).
If your trigger is not working correctly in a milspec AR15 with M16 BCG and H3 buffer, we will:
- Send you a replacement trigger
- Include a return label (to use on the same box)
After we inspect the returned trigger and confirm it is affected and has not been user-modified, we will also send you a free maintenance kit, including:
- Spare parts
- Different weight hammer springs
These kits will be available for retail in the future, but affected customers will receive them first at no charge.
Please include your order number, purchase source (direct/dealer), rifle configuration, and a short description of the issue. Optional video is helpful.
